the water rises
the wave of life
i feel
and stay focused
then, overflowing
no barriers
i freeze
and stay frozen
boiling
i want to grasp
i want to hold
no more i'm in control
still,
i stayed afloat
numb
but alive
suddenly
as the waves crashed
there is silence
i sit still and wait
in disbelieve
i feel the weight sink
the water feels soft
i am no longer afraid
finally,
i can close my eyes
the water dropped
those waves of life
i feel
and let go
then, floating
without control
i trust life
and i trust myself

In 'MOMENTUM', Noa shows her desire to be able to go with the flow and to take in everything at the right pace. She compares the digestion of her body with the way she 'digests' life, which are similar. Things come to her in a huge wave, which enables her to take things one step at a time to process. It becomes impossible for her to control things, which makes her freeze. It is either too fast or too slow. There is no middle ground.
